JOB PURPOSE :
Execute all transactions related to gratuity policies and superannuation settlements for all employees across the Group to ensure compliance to statutory policies
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Provides HR services, such as handling queries and providing first-line advice and guidance. Executes data transactions or system transactions where these cannot be performed by self-service.
Interact with other subject matter experts (e.g. BHR, CoE, factory HR etc.) and internal teams (e.g. solutions team) to identify the best solutions
Prioritise cases and conduct continuous follow ups/ check-ins to ensure case closure
Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery
Gain cross disciplinary HR knowledge to deliver end to end ownership of customer experiences.
Raise continuous improvement opportunities.
A strong knowledge of H2R best practices in Shared Services environment.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS :
•Any Graduation
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Shared Services.
