Job Description :

Finance Manager role in Multinational Company.

Position Overview :

You will play a critical role in managing the financial operation of a MNC company. You will be responsible for leading a team of 10-15 members and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Your strategic financial decision-making skills should contribute to company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities :

FINANCIAL REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE :

Preparation and finalization of annual statutory Financials as per IGAAP (Ind AS) and quarterly Group reporting Financials as per IFRS.

Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulation, accounting standards and tax laws.

Preparation and finalization of tax audits, tax filings, Transfer Pricing, Master Data filing and other statutory requirement as per Income Tax

Manage and oversee quarterly internal audits

Experience of working closely with Big 4 audit firms for statutory reporting, Group reporting, tax audits and internal audit areas.

Implement internal controls and risk management procedure to safeguard company assets

Monitor Financial compliance and recommends improvements to mitigate financial risks

FINANCIAL OPERATION AND SYSTEMS :

Manage day to day financial operation including account receivable, accounts payable and general ledger activities.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transaction recording and reporting

Manage and Oversees Accounts Receivable function. Streamline and facilitate account reconciliation with clients at regular interval.

Highlight delay in collection, Wrongful deductions / withheld by client against contractual terms. Manage Credit block of customer.

Follow up with operation team for old receivable collections.

Manage and Oversees Accounts payable function. Streamline regular accounts reconciliation with vendors. Strengthen the procedures and internal control process related to Accounts Payable function, design improvement and risk mitigations related to Accounts payable.

Evaluate and implement financial systems and technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.

Collaboration with cross functional teams to streamline financial processes and drive process improvements

FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS :

Prepare Monthly MIS on Cash flow, net financial position, Accounts receivable, accounts payable and other key financial indicators

Monitor Key Financial metrics, identify trends and recommend corrective actions wherever necessary

Evaluate business performance and provide insight to senior management for decision making.

Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets and forecasts aligned with company objectives.

TEAM LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT :

Leading and mentoring a team of 10-15 member, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.

Foster a high-performance culture within finance department, promote teamwork, and ensure effective collaboration within Finance department and across other functions

Train team members and help develop of skills and expertise in department

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS :

.Full time B.Com ( in Finance & Accounts) from a regular collage / university.

.Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI

.Proven post qualification experience of 3+years

.Strong knowledge of fiscal management principals, accounting practices and regulatory requirement in India

.Experience in large scale manufacturing organization shall be preferred

.Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to provide strategic financial insights

.Expertise in knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance

.Sound Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting.

.Sound Knowledge of ERP systems and financial software’s

.Strong leadership and people management skills

.Effective communication skills.
