About the Role :
The position of a CI Specialist is responsible for identifying and executing continuous improvement (CI) initiatives across functions. The position will analyze business processes by applying standard process optimization techniques like Value stream mapping, Gemba walks, Six Sigma and help drive efficiency/productivity improvement projects on an ongoing basis for the organization. The position will be working with complex data to build review mechanism, KPIs, dashboards to serve as tracking and monitoring tool. The position will also be conducting Quality and CI trainings within the organization. The individual must have a working understanding of and past experience with automation techniques, concepts and use cases esp RPA
What You Will Do :
Deep understanding and experience of working with continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, Business process mapping; working understanding of and exposure with RPA
Working experiences with functional leaders to establish and execute CI roadmap to deliver baseline results
Ability to motivate / energize others, has excellent teaming and interpersonal skills
High ownership to take ideas from inception to delivery in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & statistical analysis tools like Minitab
Well versed with understanding and use of Minitab

To work closely with functional teams to identify process enhancement opportunities, process bottlenecks to drive benchmark process efficiency
To deploy Continuous Improvement methodologies e.g Lean, Six sigma and other process excellence tools to identify areas that have opportunity to improve SLAs
Coordinate the creation of the yearly Process Productivity Improvement plan & support as needed to other departments to identify improvement projects and estimate associated savings
To extract and analyze data and perform statistical analysis to understand trends and conduct root cause analysis of improvement areas
To design targeted process improvement initiatives and define measurable performance outcomes
To align the implementation strategy with functional leaders and drive execution of initiatives in the functional teams
To track, monitor & publish key business, and process metrics using dashboards for monitoring progress, achievements, and business results
To identify RPA use cases for stabilized processes, design the business case for RPA solution and align with functional leadership
To serve as a translator between functional teams and automation vendors to implement RPA solutions by creating BRD documents, help conduct user testing/training, drive roll out
To build repository of continuous improvement and detailed documentation across functional resource interviews, SOP documents, process flows
Promote continuous improvement culture through leading regular Kaizen activities
To conduct Quality and Continuous Improvement trainings within the organization
What You Will Need :
Minimum 3-7 years of proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis
Strong data analysis skills and understanding of the basics concepts of problem solving and analytical techniques
Demonstrated Process excellence skills with ability to handle multiple tasks
Experience of the Continuous improvement project life cycle, able to operate in the initial conceptual design stage, in the depths of system testing, and at each stage in between
Process Improvement Methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Processes Reengineering) –application & execution capabilities, ideally in Shared service environment or ITES sector
Must have proven ability of getting breakthrough results through improvement tools and techniques
High energy, positive "can-do" mindset, leads by “Go and Do” & “Go and See” philosophy
Proven experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
Bachelor's/Graduate degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university
Minimum accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt & Lean Practitioner
Exposure to RPA (Automation Anywhere / UiPath / Blue Prism) & worked on RPA life cycle project would be preferred
Project management degree/diploma/certification would be an advantage
