The Practice – A Brief Sketch :
The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.
The Content Strategy and Activation Manager is a senior-level position within the Marketing transformation vertical of Accenture GN Song. The individual will be responsible for shaping and executing content strategies for the clients. The role will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional content solutions to enhance our clients' digital presence. Also, will leverage extensive expertise in content marketing, social media, and web engagement to deliver innovative solutions that drive client success. The key responsibilities will include
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants to develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with client goals and target audience personas
• Foster collaboration, motivation, and skill development within the team
• Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders to define comprehensive digital content strategies
• Build and manage key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on brand guidelines and creative strategy
• Developing and executing content strategies to align with clients' marketing goals and target audience personas
• Client-handling skills to build and manage key relationships
• Oversee the development and execution of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various digital channels, including blogs, social media, and email marketing
• Optimize content for SEO and user experience, incorporating keyword research and semantic SEO

Qualifications :
• Be adept at working in a fast-paced dynamic environment both on offshore and onshore locations
• This role may require working with diverse industries and content types
• Certification in content marketing, such as HubSpot Content Marketing or Content Marketing Institute certifications, is a plus
• Proven success in navigating global matrixed environments and / or experience in client facing roles

• MBA from a tier 1 institute with preferably bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• Overall experience of 8+ years with at least 6 years in content marketing particularly within the industry (E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom etc.) in a leading MNC or a major consulting firm or advertising agency
• Proven experience in digital content management and team leadership in conducting content audits and improving content quality
• Portfolio showcasing diverse content projects with measurable impact
• Managing end-to-end campaign management from strategy definition to technical delivery
• Deep understanding of tools / platforms ecosystem (like Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, Wordpress, Hootsuite, Buffer, sprout Social etc.)
