WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Product Owner, Artificial Intelligence will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our products by integrating AI enhancements for smart searching using natural language processing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and customer success, to deliver innovative AI-driven features that will redefine how our customers interact with and extract value from their data. You will be responsible for the requirements gathering and documentation, refinement sessions, management of development / issues backlog, and creation of user stories and acceptance criteria. The ideal candidate will set the example for product ownership, be an effective communicator and motivate the team to set and achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive requirements gathering activities, including measurable benefits and value-added outcomes in all the following:
Collaborate with product management, and stakeholders, to gather, define and prioritize requirements to enable an AI driven Smart Search for the product that will address customer pain points and needs
Define clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and uses that guide the modeling and development work in building AI enhancements
Work closely with data science and development teams to ensure the technical feasibility and scalability of the enhancements
Champion a user centric approach, working with designers to create intuitive and engaging AI-powered experiences
Collaborate with Data Science & QA teams to develop test plans and validate model performance and outcomes, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations
Plan and coordinate the releases, including user documentation, training materials and support processes
Ensure that AI enhancements adhere to RealPage policies for security, privacy and ethical standards
Drive projects and track milestone dates, delivering project updates to leadership
Drive problem management escalation issues to resolution
Meet service level agreement (SLA) for escalated to development tickets
Perform triage issue investigation
Partner with Problem Management to investigate client issue reports
Work in Azure DevOps TFS
Maintain tickets and agile boards
Participate in backlog refinement activities
Track team performance metrics
Be accessible to the technical teams, reviewing work and answering questions
Formally review stories for acceptance, including meeting the customer benefit, acceptance criteria and desired level of quality
Participate and/or present in release demos
Keep meeting notes and follow up on action items
Act as a mentor and provide supervision to more junior team members
