Preferred Qualifications:
Doctorate (fresher) or master’s degree with 5+ years of industrial experience in
R&D with expertise in control systems and power electronics.
Hand-on experience in developing control firmware for AC/DC power supplies with 3 phase input, output power for PFC, DC/DC.
Pay :
Consolidated pay ₹1,00,000 (minimum) per month all inclusive; actual designation and salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and expertise.
Job Description:
1. The primary role of Lead Engineer / Technical Lead / Senior Technical Lead will be to
architect and develop embedded control strategy, formulating specifications and
implement control firmware for power factor correction, DC to DC converters and other
power blocks for AC input, DC output AC/DC power supplies of output power >500W.
2. Candidate should have a strong innovative mind set and be able to work as a team.
Preferred Experience:
1. Candidate should have strong working knowledge of Power electronics circuit topologies.
2. Knowledge of control system design, PWM algorithms
3. Develop state diagram.
4. Ability to understand schematics and debugging hardware issues.
5. Writing code for real time interrupt driven applications.
6.Shall develop specification, design review, software test plan and executing unit level testing.
7. Board-bring up experience and device driver development for I2C, SPI etc
8. Programming experience in Assembly, C, C++, Python for DSP’s
9. Experience in designing control and management circuits using DSP and FPGA’s.
10. Understanding of system architecture design & cross-functional integration.
11. Should have experience in solving Electrical, Thermal and EMC issues in product will be plus.
12. Should be able to perform tolerance analysis, worst-case circuit analysis.
13. Demonstrated experience to complete product development life cycle (concept to EOL) will be plus.
14. Experience in working with global customers and manufacturing companies will be a plus.
15. Product development experience in Agile will be a plus
