Role Purpose :
Responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring activities across functions & bands
Role Accountability
1. Devise and implement a hiring execution plan basis organizational manpower requirements within allocated functions
2. Setup a review mechanism with function head and/or their direct reports to ensure timely closure of hiring requirements
3. Perform knowledge transfer to recruiters and conduct daily monitoring of hiring status against open positions from various channels
4. Oversee the entire hiring process at the RPO / vendor end via weekly reviews, ensuring adherence to SLAs
5. Perform BGV for all new hires as per approved guidelines
6. As part of a team, manage the campus hiring program for SBIC, developing and maintaining relationships with campuses across India
7. As the end user of ORC, identify system improvement / enhancement opportunities and drive implementation of the same
8. Develop and disseminate MIS/dashboards as per business requirements
9. Ensure timely and accurate Vendor management, including empanelment, billing and renewals
10. Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence

2. Adherence to TA budget
3. Process Adherence as per MOU
Technical Skills / Experience / Certification (If any) Hands on experience in recruitment, HRBP experience will be an added advantage
