We are seeking an experienced talent acquisition business partner for our Global Functions division in Hyderabad. You will partner with business leaders to attract and onboard key talent across Finance, HR, Legal, ERC, Strategy & Growth, & Communications teams. Additionally, this role will support cross-team initiatives that aim to create great hiring manager and candidate experiences.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Partner with the business to forecast the campus hiring needs for the year - Full Time, Summer Interns and Seasonal Hires
•Partner with Corporate HR / Communication, HR Business Partners and business leaders to define, develop and implement the University/campus recruiting strategies. Collaborate with hiring managers, leadership, placement officers to develop strong relationships.
•Identification of target schools and creation of candidate profiles tailored to appropriately meet the needs of the organization. Leverage functional expertise, industry knowledge and trends to identify optimum sourcing options to attract top talent across campuses. Develop Market intelligence, metrics, analyze and measure against recruiting strategy to ensure that we meet the needs of the business.
•Organize the campus recruiting strategy process and execution and effectively liaise with all stakeholders to drive events on campus adhering to all compliance guidelines. Manage, Lead and coordinate the entire campus lifecycle right from screening resumes, selecting candidates for interview, conducting interview kick-offs and debrief sessions. Facilitate offer and offer decision process in collaboration with business stakeholders, extending offers to candidates.
•Manage the entire engagement calendar with campuses and candidates. Analyze schools, evaluate campus events and activities to better understand Return on Investment and make recommendations for future strategies. Build strategies that will help improve the efficiency of Campus within the organization.
•Partner with relevant stake holders to design marketing and communication strategy to strengthen the Novartis brand across campuses and broaden the awareness of our various entry-level career opportunities. Creating a buzz around the Novartis brand at campus by relationship building with students to help achieve the campus vision and provide a signature candidate experience.
•Analyze and present recruiting metrics to the Leadership and business and Identify areas of opportunity and make recommendations. Build a solid recruiting platform and market the recruiting efforts internally to get strong participation from across Novartis, to be actively engaged in the recruiting process; provide business representatives with detailed material to play an active role in recruiting activities/initiatives on and off campus. Proactively remain point of contact for interns and managers during the internship experience.
•Should be able to contribute regular Hiring in non – campus season

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
•7 to 10 years of experience as a Campus recruitment specialist with strong exposure and expertise in employer branding activities.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of global, cross-regional and cross-functional teams
•Excellent organizational, project, task and administrative skills
•Excellent presentation, communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in understanding organization culture and ability to establish relationships both externally and internally.
• Self-directed, detail oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute.
• High energy, driven, articulate and friendly personality with a customer- service mindset & Ability of being assertive as in when required.
