ServiceNow ITSM business analyst / developer
Enable system processes to support business and corporate strategies and objectives
Meet with stakeholders to review business challenges, and design solutions that continuously deliver incremental business value
Review out of the box ServiceNow apps and features and ensure fit with business requirements – make educated build vs. buy decisions
Perform troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts include involving outside vendors
Administer ServiceNow platform, including cloning, upgrades, and MID server maintenance
Learning the application constantly and keep up to date expected abilities
Be proactive
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Computer Science or other related field
At least 2 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform - as a business developer / admin
Hands-on experience with all aspects of the platform, include client-side scripts, server-side scripts, security rules, email notifications, etc.
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
Independent, autodidact and quick learner
Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, with proven ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders
Ability to multi-task across a range of work streams/projects with constantly shifting priorities
Passion for excellence, highly self-motivated and has the desire to have a significant impact on the business
Excellent service orientation
Experience in global companies – an advantage
English- fluent (mandatory)
