Job Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Executing On boarding Process –
Being able to initiate and complete the On boarding processes as per the
compliance norms of Collabera, US State & Federal Govt. & Collabera’s
Clients.
2.Being able to seamlessly
communicate to the prospective employees the framework of policies of Collabera
and those of US Department of Labor and other parties that may be involved.
3.Analysis and verification of all
the documents received from prospective employees. Identifying the deficiencies
if any and getting it completed within pre-defined Service level Agreements.
4.Creating a positive employee
experience.
5.Coordinating with parties
external to Collabera - Business Partners , Background Verification agencies,
Vendor Management Organizations, Procurement teams, etc. to complete statutory
requirements in line with Collabera and their Client policies.
6.Coordinating with the internal
teams to make sure that tasks are brought to logical conclusion in a defined
timeframe.
7.Contribute to Client Audits,
Reports, Data compilation and analytical presentation
8.Resolving Billing problems
including P.O. extensions, invoice rejections and P.O. budget issues. Following
up with the client/sales teams for P.O. s. This includes entries in appropriate
systems and notifying the appropriate people once the issues have been
resolved.
9.Collabera internal audits-fixing
errors.
10.Miscellaneous items-requests
from sub-tiers, clients and consultants.

had to demonstrate application of knowledge and possess knowledge of detailed
processes.
2.Should preferably have worked in
US or rotating shift
