Responsibilities :
Support/maintain multiple multi-vendor production network environments critical to the business
Provision/execute network change requests in accordance with security policies
Assist ICE staff with problem solving and escalation procedures
Understand and follow operational policies/procedures and promote adherence to same
Provide technical knowledge needed to ensure safe, effective, and efficient changes to the network infrastructure
Document new and existing workflows to ensure accuracy of work and maintain existing standards
Collaborate and work closely with Cybersecurity, Systems engineering, and Datacenter engineering teams
Identify problems and inefficiencies within our network and organizational workflows and assist with any recommended remediation/changes to correct
