Responsibilities:
1.Work with business and technical
teams to identify and trouble shoot issues, defects, and small enhancements.
2.Develop comprehensive
understanding of the web business processes as well as a strong working rapport
with ebusiness teams
3.Create requirements documents for
enhancements through facilitation with key project stakeholders
4. Closely work with developers to
translate requirements into technical specifications
5.Develop and execute functional
test plans and facilitate user acceptance process
6.Monitor, review and ensure
quality of application service requests for Critical Applications (eCommerce
SAP, EnterpriseOne ERP, Web, Siebel CRM, etc.)
7.Perform prioritization ranking of
requests (triage)
8. Resolve service requests at Tier
2 or escalate/assign to appropriate Business Analyst & Systems Analyst
groups
9.Follow up and coordinate
resolution of service requests escalated to other teams (e.g., Tier 3)
10.Routine communication &
coordination with SAIC help desk, Business Analyst & Systems Analyst
11.Reconcile global ticket queue
between Remedy system (corporate ticket management system) and HPQC system
(defect management system).
12.Produce reports to chronicle
effectiveness of queue management as measured against SLA's.
13.Identify and communicate
opportunities to resolve issues at Tier 1, supplying training materials as
needed
14.Update and maintain knowledge
base for issue resolution
15.Identify and implement process
to measure customer satisfaction
Educational Qualification : BA/BS
from accredited college/university

Qualifications:
1.Some technical background in java
is preferred
2.Demonstrated leadership
experience in teams for issue management on projects
3.Demonstrated experience or
exposure to ERP systems preferred
4.Proven experience or exposure to
any ticket tracking software (i.e. Remedy, Mercury) a plus
5.Expertise in Microsoft Excel
6.Smart, quick learner
7.Excellent communication skills,
including oral, written and active listening
