development of Test Automation Framework / harness in-house tools needed. Extending the current set of tools to cover
100% automation needs will be one of the key contributions expected. Sound knowledge in the automation tools and
technologies like Perl, Python, Tcl/Tk, and other scripting languages. Proven track record of developing complex,
efficient and re-usable automation framework
8.Work as a counterpart to the
development technical leads/architects in defining and designing product
requirements
9.Must possess good
oral/written/listening skills in order to work harmoniously with
internal/external customers.
10.Able to analyze complex problems
independently and multitask.
11. Provide test technical
leadership and Strategic direction to the test organization.
12.Knowledge of current industry
wide Quality, Test Processes and Tools
13.Have a “large picture” of the
product and its dependencies and its alignment with the organizational goals.
14.The ability to influence the
test organization to collaborate, innovate and execute
