Essential Qualification and
Experience:
1.M.Phil degree in Sociology,
Political Science or related social science disciplines
2.Experience of empirical research
and fieldwork in the areas of decentralized
3.governance/tribal
development/empowerment
4.Familiarity with statistical
packages such MS Excel, SPSS
5.Working knowledge of either Hindi
or Odiya
Educational Qualification : Ph.D in
the related subject or on the verge of completing Ph.D
