
Job Purpose / Role :
1.To ensure the achievement of
targets with emphasis on sales and spare parts.
2.To ensure the achievement of
targets with emphasis on sales and spare parts.
3.Target setting, stock planning
and retail target setting.
4.Collection/ Retail: Daily
follow-up of outstanding and retail sales monitoring.
5.Tracking and achieving the planned
market share.
6.Dealer record keeping and
monitoring.
7.Tracking of HMCL (CRM) and
encouraging usage.
8.Ensuring dealer system evaluation
and planning and implementation for improvement.
9.Implementation of Company’s
schemes at dealerships.
10.Network expansion – Survey,
selection and finalization of suitable dealers for appointment as ARD.
11.Ensuring efficient functioning
of the existing network.
12.Planning and implementing dealer
sales promotional activities.
13.DSPM action plan formulation and
timely implementation at dealership across the assigned territory.
Educational Qualification : Any
graduate
Experience : Freshers and
experienced
Location : Vijayawada
