Job Description :
Maximo For Maintenance (MFM) is a
global application used by 85 plus Ford Manufacturing Facilities in all
regions. This application supports by providing all business functions needed
by Maintenance Operating System (MOS) under Ford Production Systems (FPS). This
application primarily supports Assets Maintenance related activities like
Enterprise Job Plans, Work Orders,
Preventive Maintenance, 4D, 8D, Vehicle Tracking System (VTS), Requisitioning,
Inventory of non-production parts. This
application is developed using IBM's Maximo Product (version 7.5.0.8).
Maximo Developer will be the lead
developer from the Ford team to design, develop business requirements. He will
be the lead developer on projects, enhancements and System Maintenance work
Educational Qualification : Any
graduate
Experience : Experienced

Must have :
1.Candidate should have Ford
Experience or any related Manufacturing work experience implementing Maximo.
2.Analysis, Design, Development and
Implementation of various Maximo Modules.
3.Good Java / J2EE development
experience for 3 years.
4.Good experience with Maximo
Business Objects, Work Flow Designing, Automation, Java Class customizations.
5.Good Knowledge in Application design, Database Configuration,
Maximo Business Object framework, Maximo Workflows, Maximo Integration
Framework (MEA/MIF), Cron tasks and Escalations.
6. Experience on design and
development of complex Maximo Java Extensions and Customizations as per the
functional requirements using Maximo Business Object framework (MBO), Java,
J2EE, Maximo Workflows and Maximo Mobile customization
7.Experience in MIF Interface
requirements analysis, development and implementation of custom interfaces
using Flat file, XML, Interface tables and Web Services
8.Experience in Maximo BIRT reports
9.Excellent technical, analytical
and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to new technologies
10.Experience with scripting
languages like JavaScript, Jython, Python
