
Job Description:
1.Leading all end user technical
support services and systems
2.Maintain, improve, and implement
automation within the Help Desk department
3.Manage and execute project
tracking for customer implementations
4.Manage changes to the project
scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification
techniques
5.Create and maintain comprehensive
project documentation
6.Strong working knowledge of
Industry Standard Project Tracking Tools and Microsoft Office applications
7.Bachelor Degree or equivalent
experience desirable
8.Strong knowledge of database
technology, especially MS SQL Server
9.Excellent client-facing and
internal communication skills, written and verbal
