1.Support walk-up requests and
resolutions.
2.Escalation point for Solutions
Enablement Team.
3.Create service request and
incident tickets on behalf of users.
4.System imaging, provisioning
& repair.
5.Inventory and asset management.
6.Review and create KB articles.
7.Create tactical
solutions/workarounds for incidents requests.
8.Fulfills service requests for
hardware equipment.
9.Provides feedback loop to Solutions
Engineering Team.
10.Provides training to end-users
(e.g. employee orientation).
11.Support company meetings and
events (e.g. video conferencing).
Educational Qualification : BS
degree or equivalent
Experience : experienced
Location : Hyderabad
Desired Qualifications
1.Familiarity with network routing,
switching, firewall, VPN, WiFi technologies.
2.Professional certifications:
MCITP (Enterprise Desktop Support Technician 7), Mac, or A+.
3.Experienced support for video
teleconferencing systems.
Basic Qualifications :
1.3+ years experience administering
and troubleshooting Windows-based client systems.
2.3+ years experience administering
Mac OS X operating systems, hardware and software.
3.3+ years experience in a
customer-driven, results-focused Helpdesk environment.
4.3+ years troubleshooting,
upgrading, and repairing desktops, laptops, and associated hardware.
5.1+ year experience setting up
virtual machines in VWWare ESX.
6.1+ year experience supporting,
configuring, troubleshooting iOS and Android devices.
