Requirements :
1.6-18 months of programming
experience in building web applications.
2.Good problem solving,
troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
3.Obsession with new technologies
and open source tools.
4.Good communication skills is a
must. Should be able to clearly lay out ideas.
5.Skills important but being a
self-starter and having a self-motivated attitude is very important.
6.Good knowledge of Java, J2EE,
Struts, Spring, Hibernate, AJAX.
7.Solid understanding of Java and
related open source frame works.
8.Good Data structure knowledge.
9.Basic understanding of SQL and
RDBMS development skills.
10.Working experience with any one
web application server. Some experience/knowledge of source control, build
automation and unit testing principles is desirable but not necessary.
11.Ability to operate within short
release cycles.
12.Ability to work in a continuous
changing environment in terms of requirements/priority.
13.Full software development
