Primary Responsibilities:
1.Should have working knowledge of Java/J2EE, IBM MQ, JSP, Servlets, Spring Framework, Java Script, SOAP/RESTful Web Services, Maven, along with middle layer app such as IBM WebSphere
2.Should have good exposure of Oracle, SQL & PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, etc. with scheduling tools i.e. IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS)
3.Good to have US Healthcare Domain Knowledge.
4.Ensuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasks as per SLA.
5.Act as single point of contact for app and provide technical leadership to the team. Mentor and guide the team whenever required.
6.Adherence to the defined SS&MO delivery process/guidelines like Incident Management, Change Management, App Enhancement, Business Service Requests (BSR), SLA Compliance, productivity and other application goals etc.
7.Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for Go/No Go decision
8.Demonstrate as subject matter expertise in his/her chosen functional/ application area
9.Develops innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation
10.root cause analysis on all incidents and recommend a corrective action plan.

Educational Qualification : B.Tech / MCA / Graduation
Experience : freshers and experienced
Location : Haryana

Requirements :

3.Configuration management like SVN etc.
4.Exposure to Unit Testing (Plan, Prepare & Execute).
5.Should be self-driven and able to work independently with minimum support/mentoring
6.Background in healthcare industry applications would be added advantage
7.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8.Should possess sound knowledge of SDLC.
9.Experience of handling of OM applications is preferred.
10.Adaptable to flexible enough to work in any shift as per project demand.
