1.Knowledge of current

Multi-Tier Software development, Component Architecture, Web Based Software.
2.Knowledge of system integration
issues.
3.Ability to gather and analyze
data and draw logical conclusions
4.Should have adequate programming
skills and proficiency in JAVA, JSP, Servlets, EJB, SQL / Oracle, J2EE / SWING
