1.Monitoring infrastructure issues
and taking corrective actions
2.2Escalating infrastructure issues
with relevant infrastructure partners / vendors and following up for timely
resolutions
3.Setting up and configuration of
new infrastructure (such as internet connections, servers, services etc.)
4.Participate in change management
and post mortem process to ensure operational consistency and service
improvement

Knowledge:
1.VERY Solid at Linux system
admninistration
2.Good at scripting (Shell, Python,
PHP, Ruby, Perl)
3.Analytically strong. ie, given

4.Configuration and maintenance of
operating system and network/systems management tools
