Primary responsibilities:
1.To assist and provide support for
all migrations and new project implementations
2.To contribute, maintain, track
and support availability of documents for all migrations
3.Partner with key stakeholders to
maintain awareness of organizational issues and priorities – Governance Head,
Workgroup Leads, Citi Service Centers (CSCs) Heads, etc.
4.Keep track of progress on each
identified project execution and facilitate its execution
5.Assist with regular reporting,
dashboard and updated documents for each migrations and projects
6.Secure and provide timely
feedback to necessary stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
7.Coordinate with the
regional/local teams to facilitate management responses during the review cycle
8.Review and circulate regular
reports to keep management updated on progress
9.Organize project meetings to
facilitate migration/ project executions
10.Support with presentations,
ad-hoc reports, administration, compliance and communications
Educational Qualification :
Master's Degree
Experience : freshers and
experienced
Location : Mumbai
Competencies:
1.3+ years’ experience in
operational risk management
2.The successful candidate will
demonstrate aptitude in communicating with senior management, intellectual
curiosity, and a strong commitment to excellence
3.Ability to multi-task and execute
tasks in line with priorities and dependencies in a timely manner
4.Demonstrable experience of
influencing and leading across a matrix organization
5.Highly Proficient in using
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
6.Excellent communication and
presentation skills
