1.To perform a variety of tasks
such as processing, handling escalations, provide support to other staff,
assist in and deliver training, analysis of data to identify areas of concern
and discuss problem and possible solutions with TL, act as a back-up for PL.
2.To assist Production Lead as per
Team Lead guidelines.
