Job Description :
1.Experiencing in supporting
Informatica products such as Data Quality IDQ and Enterprise Data Hub,
Powercenter using ETL.
2.Experiencing in supporting IBM
products such as InfoSphere Data Stage, Metadata Workbench, Business Glossary.
3.Experience in integrating ETL
with Sybase, Oracle, DB2, Greenplum, Hadoop database applications.
4.Experience in Requirements
Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation of Data warehouses
and Database business systems.
5.Coding using Perl/Unix Shell
Scripts.
6.Experience in IBM InfoSphere Data
Stage, Open Data integration tools such as Pentaho is a plus.
7.Experience with BI and Analytic
tools such as Reporting Tools (OLAP) Cognos is a plus.
8.Ability to work independently,
with minimal supervision.
9.Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
10.Ability to work on multiple
projects simultaneously.
11.Requires general knowledge and
hands-on experience in all database disciplines, including logical and physical
database design, database implementation, access optimization, security,
storage management, system and application performance management, and database
systems administration

Roles & Responsibilities :
1.Developed good partnerships with
business and application level organizations to advocate a common data
management philosophy leaded to a non-duplicative data and application working
model for transaction, operational, reporting and analytic use.
2.Lead overall ETL processes and
architecture, performed build, tested and deployed activities related to BI and
data warehouse implementations
3.Architect, Installation,
configuration, Setup and Administration of Informatica Power Center,
Informatica Data Quality and Enterprise Data Hub products OR IBM InfoSphere
suite of products.
4.Used ETL Tool, to create jobs for
extracting the data from different databases, flat files & Mainframe files.
5.Extensively Implemented Error
Handling Concepts, Testing, Debugging, Engineering skills and Performance
tuning of targets, sources, transformation logics.
6.Works closely with client and
technical management, and with
related support groups to design and implement
databases and database support tools and procedures in support of complex
business application development requirements and processes.
