Job Responsibilities:
1.Participate in design and estimation discussions and lead in task prioritization for team.
2.Understand and Document the application architecture model.
3.Help translate requirements into tech design.
4.Analyze production defects and provide best solution.
5.Work closely with SA/BA/Architects to ensure requirements are well documented and clear.
6.Support and mentor team members on day to day tasks. Be accountable for timely quality delivery of assigned modules.
7.Provide appropriate status updates and manage project assignments on routine basis.
8.Actively participate in quality audits, reviews time to time.
9.Shift timings (11.00AM to 8.30PM) & production support – offshore.
10.Willing to work on weekends and extended shifts as and when needed.
11.Manage the SLA compliance for application goals relating to incident and problem management

Educational Qualification :  B.Tech./MCA/Graduation
Experience :  experienced and freshers
Location : gurgaon

Desired Skills:
1.B.Tech./MCA/Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).
2.2-10 years of hands on experience in COBOL, CICS, DB2, File-Aid, Abend-Aid and MQ.
3.Proficient with OPC scheduler, COBOL, CICS, DB2 and MQ.
4.Good understanding of claims highway process flow, myUHC and PE interactions for Rx/Medical claim processing, Accumulator workflow and ICD10 architecture.
5.Good understanding of software engineering practices and architecture guidelines.
6.Exposure to Incident/Problem/Change Management and Release & Deployment Management processes based on ITSM / ITIL framework and exposure to HPSM (service management tool).
7.Very good verbal and written communication skills.
8.Extensive experience in skills –Best Practices, Task Estimation, Unit Testing, Code Reviews, Risk Identification.
9.Should be open for Development and Support.

10.Should be flexible to work in Shifts
