Technical Skills:
1.2 - 5 years of experience in
Perform software testing activities including functional, load and user
acceptance testing.
2.Hand-on experience in Load
testing tools (Load Runner, Jmeter, VSTS, Performance center, HP SaaS etc
3.Have hands-on experience in
Performance Bottleneck Analysis (Infrastructure, Application and System level)
4.Solid experience in providing
Performance Tuning Recommendations
5.Experience in performance test
design, planning, work load modelling, and elicitation of non-functional
requirements for testing
6.Hands on experience in profiling
and performance monitoring
7.Hands-on experience in using
analytic tools like Omniture, google analytics and monitoring tools like
Dynatrace, Tivoli, Sitescope etc
8.Hands-on experience in at least
one Object Oriented Programming Language (Java, C++ etc.)
9.Customer Facing Experience would
be an added benefit
10.Be able to recommend test
methodologies, approach, strategic direction for testing and improving
application's performance11. Defining performance testing and monitoring
strategies / plans
