 Job Summary:

The candidate must monitor defects, follow up with developers and prepare defect tracking reports. S/He must monitor and mentor the service desk. S/He must have knowledge of bug tracking system and good troubleshooting skills. S/He must have good verbal and written communication skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office.

Educational Qualifications : Any IT / Computer graduate

Experience : Freshers

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities :

1.Ensure delivery of work within stipulated SLAs and KPIs.

2.Defect monitoring.

3.Follow up on defects with the developers using the defect tracking reports.

4.Preparing defect tracking reports.

5.Monitoring and Mentoring the Service Desk.

6.Executing regression tests upon service/module/iteration delivery.

7.Should have knowledge of bug tracking system.

8.Good Troubleshooting Skills.

9.Managing the day-to-day issue related to portal faced by the user.

10.Good Understanding of Microsoft Office.

11.XML Understanding.

12.Excellent written, verbal Communication.
