1.Prepare and own the System
Engineering roadmap for I4 Workstation together with Lead System Engineer, by
taking inputs from customers, Marketing team, Industry trends and competition
2.Drive the implementation of Next
Generation Informatics solution, adhering to furfures technology.
3.Understand the high level
business requirements from customers, Product Managers and translate them into
Product requirements (PRS) and Detailed software requirements (DRS).
Collaborate with software development teams in Bangalore, Haifa, Best and other
third party vendors to gain agreement
for implementing these requirements.
4.Play the role of Product Owner,
and work with the R&D team in the implementation of System Engineering
requirements, by providing clarification from the end users perspective and
also help the team in prioritization of the requirements
5.Play the role of end user to
perform expert testing on the requirements implemented by the software team,
and act as the final gate keeper in releasing the features to the end users.
6.Work with the Marketing and the
sales team in defining business proposals for tenders from mega hospitals
7.Collaborate with the Customer
Service organization to identify the main pain points of the customers which
affect the product NPS and take corrective actions within the R&D team to
address these and strive to improve NPS.
8.Collaborate with other technology
providers such as (VMware, Microsoft partners, etc) and evaluate new
technologies in areas of Enterprise systems and incorporate the same into ISP.
