Job Description
The Analyst – Service Contracts
Analysis and consolidation is responsible for analyzing, validating and quoting
the customer’s install base information, reviewing of the order booked and then
accordingly set up the renewal service contracts in Oracle. These are for deals
which are going to be pursued as Enterprise License Agreements (ELA).
1.Reviewing/Validating the install
base records and service contracts of the customer
2.Quote out the install base
contracts for the customer as per quoting and renewal policies
3.Setting up the ELA IB contracts
in Oracle, to match the ELA order booked
4.Being involved in the quality
check process for peers
5.Knowledge about software
licensing, revenue recognition , service contracts, order management and
renewals process
6.Knowledge of the downstream
impacts of quoting and order booking
7.Work closely with the deal desk
team and other business partners like corporate systems ops and finance, to
ensure accurate quotes and contracts are quoted and booked
