Job Accountabilities
1.Responsible for the 24 *7 Operations of the VSAT HUB
2.Monitoring of the network
elements
3.Preventive Maintenance of VSAT HUB & networking equipment
4.Configuration of Remote VSAT on
HNS platform
5.First level Handling of all the
VSAT Network related problems
6.Timely Escalation of problems
7.Periodic Monitoring of data/ traffic flow in the network
8.Fault Management (Replacement of
cards, RF Subsystems/ Module /HPA /Up down
converter/ HN NOC subsystem, etc)
9.Verifying all the requirements of
the checklist
10.Coordination with the field engineer
at site to fix faults/ Commission/de-install/restore
the links
11.Coordination with the backhaul
service providers
12.Maintenance of all the PCs &
servers in the Hub Location ( For Hyderabad)
Ensuring proper documentation / MIS
generation
Educational Qualifications :Diploma
/ Graduate Engineer
Experience : 0-3 years’
Location : Andhra Pradesh
Skills Required:
1.Preferred with CCNA certification
2.Control engineer of telecom NOC
(VSAT HUB NOC)
