Primary job responsibilities
1.Support customers by responding
to incoming messages about our Red Hat Online Learning system
2.Assist students in understanding
our ROLE course content
3.Assist students with ROLE lab
exercises
4.Resolve and apply hotfixes to
classroom content and lab environments.
5.Collaborate with other members of
the Red Hat Training team to resolve issues for our customers
6.Build and deploy cloud images for
training labs
7.Deploy updated or new course
content into the online platform
8.Quality assurance test lab
content produced by the Red Hat Training Curriculum Development team
9.Continue to expand your knowledge
of Red Hat products and solutions
Educational Qualifications
:Bachelor's degree
Experience : Fresher or Experience
Location :Bengaluru
Required skills
1.Excellent written and verbal
English communication skills
2.Quality customer service skills
and prior customer-focused experience
3.Java programming experience
4.Ability to troubleshoot JBoss
middleware
5.Command line knowledge of Linux
6.Red Hat Certified System
Administration (RHCSA) certification is a plus
7.Red Hat Certified JBoss
Administrator (RHCJA) certification is a plus
8.Python programming experience is
a plus
9.Bachelor's degree or equivalent
experience in the enterprise IT industry is a plus
