Job description:
The Team Leader will supervise and manage the daily operations of a team of associates,
responsible for delivery of productivity and quality of the team. This will include working
closely with the Manager and staff, to ensure that the activities related to the capture and
maintenance of data is performed in an efficient manner enabling the team to meet or
exceed data quality and service targets. The position is also responsible for staff-
development and day-to-day performance management. The role involves a high level of
interaction with other groups globally, including data issues replies, technology team on
application issues and with EQA team.

Educational Qualifications:Qualified Charted Accountant (CA)
Experience: Freshers
Location : Hyderabad

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1.Leads, mentors a group of Financial Market Research staff in providing accurate and
reliable financial market data to internal database and internal and external clients.
2.Motivate, support and develop staff to enhance and maintain the ability to adapt to the
changing requirements of a continuously evolving business environment.
3.Inspires team to meet customer requirements and improve quality standards by setting
high standards.
4.Maintains a stable operational environment and clear allocation of duties within own
team.
5.Provide leadership and Content Set support at the team level to ensure that Data quality
and timeliness requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
6.Prioritizes regular operational activities and advise managers of potential difficulties.
7.Leads team and ensures all escalation/issues are handled appropriately and according
to company policy.
8.Communicates clearly on Pay for Performance culture and principles and the linkage to
Rewards.
9.Encourage a co-operative and 'can-do' attitude to enhance Capital IQ Data standards and
performance by harnessing everyone's skills and talent.
10.Participates in the performance management & review process, career development,
conflict management, hiring and status reporting.
