Job Overview :
This position is responsible for
systems analysis including identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost
effective and meet user requirements. Develop technical solutions and management processes using business
process engineering techniques to achieve overall objectives by means of implementing systems or
enterprise-wide solutions. Continue to build knowledge of business process engineering techniques.
Analyze business problems and develop solutions to automate systems. Work involves the application of
moderately complex procedures and tasks that are varied. Independent judgment and decision-making are
required.Specific job activities and results may be reviewed. Position is responsible for
developing new ideas and changes in methods, procedures, and services.

1.Basic skills in areas of object
modeling, case analysis and use of UML notation. Developing in use of enterprise level use case modeling

business acumen including knowledge of multiple divisions.
3.Communication required such as
understanding Business Users, Discussing Basic Processes and Developing Processes.
4.Knowledge and experience in one
or more technology/language/application (e.g., SAP, SFDC, C++. Java, XML, CGI, ASP) method, and approach
and expanding to become fully versed on all including emerging technologies, methods, and design
