Job Accountabilities :
1.Executing all aspects of
videoconferencing including call set up, end user training, troubleshooting,
and follow through on escalation of trouble incidents occurring during call.
2.Lead or assist, as required, with
the support (hands-on if necessary) of special events, high profile senior
executive meetings, town halls requiring videoconferencing, as directed by
users including but not limited to the following:
3.Setting up, testing, operation,
and tearing down of audio visual and videoconference equipment; (e.g. video
data projection systems, computers, audio- and videoconference equipment,
microphones, video cameras, audio systems, and operation of integrated AV
systems).
4.Interface with technology vendors
for equipment servicing, training, etc. whether warranty or routine
maintenance.
5.Manage all technical work on live
and video-on-demand webcast events.
6.Monitor Content Engines, and work
with network services group to correct issues.
7.Maintain usage statistics, issue
and repair logs, or other collection/reporting systems.
8.Design and implementation
involvement in new audiovisual facilities.
9.Coordinate installation,
troubleshooting, and activation of communications lines (e.g., ISDN, IP, etc.)
as required.
10.Provide technical consultation,
support, and act as lead contact for all 11.videoconferencing operations and
maintenance.
12.Interact in person, by phone,
and/or e-mail directly with end-users.
Skills Required :
1.Extensive working knowledge of
integrated and non-integrated video conferencing systems.
2.Hands on experience on cisco
products like TMS , VCS, MCU, TP Conductor, ISDN Gateways & Cisco Video
endpoints.
3.Should have in depth knowledge of
H 323 & SIP Protocols.
4.Excellent problem solving and
troubleshooting skills; ability to triage effectively under pressure.
5.Self-directed, detail-oriented
with strong technical, people, & project management/leadership skills.
6.Advanced ability to communicate
effectively (verbally and in writing).
7.Demonstrate flexibility (e.g.,
redeployment, off-hour setup requests, etc.)
8.Experience and/or strong working
knowledge of multiple videoconferencing platforms and engineering.
9.2– 3 years’ experience in video
conferencing operations support.
10.Experience with Microsoft
Windows based platform (including Microsoft Word and Excel).
11.Experience with Web-based
applications
