Key Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the after sales
service and customer satisfaction of the Territory.
2.Need to travel approx. 15 days in
the territory to visit the network. (Dealer, SSP’s , City Works & ARD's)
3.Implementation of policies and
standards as per the service policy guidelines.
4.Ensuring process and standard
operating procedures as per the service policy.
5.Redressal of customer complaints
in stipulated time.
6.Improvement of service reporting
at workshop in the territory.
7.Increasing the Parts business in
the territory.
8.Network expansion to penetrate
into the rural market and reach to the customers door steps
9.Product feed back in terms of
technical reports.
10.Service promotional activities
to increase service reporting’s in the workshops
11.Safety promotional activities to
increase awareness on road safety.
12.Competition and market feedback.
13.Warranty and Free service
submission and settlement
