1.Work closely with Enterprise
Delivery Managers, Functional Solution Architects and
2.directly with clients to
architect technology solutions to meet client needs.
3Enforce sound development
practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise
solutions and serve as a trusted
advisor to the client.
4.Have ownership of the solution
from end to end and be responsible for architecting and
documenting a technical solution
based on project requirements and industry best practices.
5Take a hands-on role in successful
enterprise implementations in the areas of technical
architecture and integration,
customizations and extensions to product functionality.
6Contribute excellence in a highly
collaborative, team-oriented environment.
7.Lead and mentor the development
team on the project.
8.Should be able to understand Agile
and Hybrid models of development.
9.Should be able to create all
forms of technical documentation.
10.Identify and lead internal
strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice and
11.teammates; serving as an active
contributor to the practice knowledge and resource
base; mentor, educate, and enrich

and interpersonal skills; strong desire to take on
