Support Engineers

load, copy and customize operating system configurations
for deployment
4. Responsible for tracking
hardware and software inventory
5. Familiarize end users on basic
software, hardware and peripheral device operation

responsibility of queries, issues and problems assigned to the Desktop
Support Engineers

contacts to resolve technical issues within the desktop
environment
8. Escalate issues and involve
